The Agency for Revenue and Customs Control (ARCA) has extended the deadline to join the payment plan facility, which allows for the regularization of tax, customs, and social security debts.
The extension, established by the body through General Resolution 5808/2025, published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette, aims to encourage voluntary compliance with tax and customs obligations.
The new deadline will allow taxpayers and responsible parties to regularize their debts until March 31, 2026, changing the original deadline of the payment plan facility, which was initially established by General Resolution No. 5,711 and modified by No. 5,777.
The plan is designed for the regularization of tax, customs, and social security resource obligations that have expired until August 31, 2025, including their respective interest and penalties.
The scheme had an enrollment deadline of December 30, 2025, but with the extension until March 31, 2026, the body grants an additional quarter for the affected parties to formalize their regularization plans.
The measure, which came into effect this Wednesday, is a key tool for the collecting agency to facilitate the payment of accumulated debts for companies and individuals, avoiding greater financial costs.
